Co-Owner, Sabrina Shipp, MSN, FNP-BC 

Graduated from Arkansas State University with a Masters of Science in Nursing and is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She started her career in Emergency Medicine but desired to make a shift from the treatment of post illness/disease to preventative and wellness care. Her goal is to increase quality of life as well as longevity. She practices this while using bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

Co-Owner, Registered Nurse, Aesthetic Injector

After attending The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and Baptist Health College in Little Rock, Sidney worked in dermatology, the emergency department and high risk pregnancy before pursuing her passion in aesthetic nursing. After several years of building her brand and clientele, her drive to create something new was partnered with Sabrina Shipp, APRN and Radiant Wellness was born. 

With over 4 years of cosmetic injection experience, her specialties include: Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport injections, liquid face lift, dermal fillers, lip enhancement, cheek augmentation, tear trough fillers, jawline enhancement, and Kybella. 

Aesthetician

Madie Mazur graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors's Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. She began her career in the beauty industry as a freelance makeup artist in 2016. Madie continued her education and pursued her dream by graduating with her Aesthetician license from The Salon Professional  Academy in 2020. She is proud to be apart of the amazing Radiant Wellness team and loves sharing her passion with clients to make them feel empowered and confident in their own skin.

Kristen has always loved skincare and everything beauty-related, but her passion for skincare developed as she was a teenager battling grade 3 and 4 acne. Acne is such an emotional rollercoaster as it affects your appearance,  self confidence, and mental well being. Kristen loves helping people feel and look their absolute best. She has spent 14 years as a District Court Clerk, but decided to follow  her passion and pursue skincare as her profession. Kristen also had additional educational and certification in skincare related to Oncology. It would be Kristen's honor to help you find a customized routine perfect for your skincare needs.

Director of Operations

Jennifer Solano is the
Director of Operations for  Radiant Wellness. Jennifer haws over 25 years of business management, as well as had many years of experience in hiring and development of employee talent. A strong believer in positive thinking in the workplace and developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. She first got interested in the industry when she met Sidney back in 2018. Jennifer has been working with Sidney and Sabrina for 3 years.
